Our first ever Quartet play

Here’s sharing our first ever quartet!

We chose the song “Feather Theme” from the movie Forrest Gump. In the movie, Forrest revealed, “My mama said, life is like a box of chocolates. You’ll never know what you’re gonna get”. Jason made a short animation on this.

The feather in the movie can be seen as many things—a metaphor for the random nature of life; an icon of fatalism expressing the uncontrollable events of life which make us the way we are; the aleatoric essence of our existence; innocence being carried on the winds of destiny; and, most simply, blind dumb luck. What’s your take?
